To start, navigate to your Dashboard "Notifications" section, and click on the second tab labeled Direct Notifications. 

From here, you'll click into Direct Notification Settings.

To enable alerts, turn on the toggle for "Manager Notifications"

Managers will now receive FYI notices every time a reportee punches in. The alert will look something like this:

If you wish to announce the punches in a channel, navigate back to the first tab "Channel Notifications." Clicking "Create New" will open a menu with "In/Out" or "break/lunch" alert options which will notify a channel instead of a person.
