You're in the right place! All of AttendanceBot functionality is documented here in this support portal, though the best way to familiarize with AttendanceBot is to direct message "help" in Slack or Teams and start clicking and typing.

For the elevator pitch, AttendanceBot has three key functionalities that operate within either Slack or Microsoft Teams:

  1. Leave tracking - you can request and approve leave, automatically inform your team via channels announcements and calendars, and configure any possible leave accrual and usage policy for a local or global workforce. All of these features are documented in the Vacation Tracking section (Slack, MS Teams)
  2. WFO/WFH planning - you can request or plan wfo days, set weekly hybrid schedules, create wfh limits and policies, manage office capacities, and provide transparency so everyone knows who's in the office on what days.
  3. Time tracking - you can clock in and out to start automatically generating timesheets, set wages to calculate payroll, create overtime policies and alerts to better manage overhours, set up projects or tasks to track time to specific allocations, or create and assign shift rosters to add structure to expected work times. All of these features are documented in the Time Tracking section for each platforms (SlackMS Teams)
