You're in the right place! All of AttendanceBot functionality is documented here in this support portal, though the best way to familiarize with AttendanceBot is to direct message "help" in Slack or Teams and start clicking and typing.
AttendanceBot has three key functionalities.
- Leave tracking - you can request and approve leave, inform your team via channels announcements and calendars, and configure leave accrual and usage policy for your local or global workforce. All of these features are documented in the Vacation Tracking section (Slack, MS Teams)
- WFO/WFH planning - plan wfo/wfh days, set weekly hybrid schedules, create wfh limits according to your company policies, manage office capacities for more working location transparency within the team.
- Time tracking - you can clock in and out to start automatically generating timesheets, set wages to calculate payroll, create overtime policies and alerts to better manage overtime hours, set up projects or tasks to track time spent, or create and assign shift rosters to add structure to expected work times. All of these features are documented in the Time Tracking section for each platforms (Slack, MS Teams)
