Hybrid schedules help you to set up defined WFH and WFO days of your hybrid team. 


To set your hybrid schedule:


1. From the "Menu" select "Time off and hybrid work". You will see an option to manage your weekly hybrid “Schedule.”


2. AttendanceBot will display your workday schedule - if previously set - with an option to “Update” or “Delete.” Deleting will eliminate the schedule entirely, while “Update” pops out a new menu to select your typical status for each day of the week.




3. To change any day on an ad-hoc basis, without changing your schedule, simply request a day change using the “apply” menu or using scheduling shortcuts like “wfh tomorrow” or “ito thu.” This will override the specific date without changing your recurring schedule.






Important admin tips for using hybrid schedules:

  • The schedule function is only available if office capacities are set to unlimited (this is the default, but once any office has a capacity limit imposed, “schedule” will no longer work because each unit of capacity but be individually booked)

  • The schedule function is only available if WFH and WFO are configured to allow unlimited requests and do not require approval. If either of these defaults is changed - for instance with a limit on WFH per month, or if WFH requires approval - the schedule function will no longer work.

  • If the schedule function is not available as a result of configured policies above, you may still have access to recurring schedules using recurrence commands like “wfh every mon” or “ito every fri”.
