Once you have created overtime rules from your dashboard, you can click on "Overtime alerts" to send out notification/alerts to your team to let them know when they hit overtime for the first time. 

You can choose whom you want this alert to be sent out in different hierarchies. 

You can also select "Auto Punch out" in case you want your team to be automatically punched out when they hit overtime just to re-confirm their overtime by punching in again.
