To initiate the migration process, just take two simple steps:
Make sure that AttendanceBot is installed in both your Slack and Microsoft Teams accounts.
Write to us at support@attendancebot.freshdesk.com from your registered email address, requesting the transfer of your AttendanceBot account. In your email, kindly specify the data/configurations you wish to migrate if not “all.”
Our support team will promptly review your request and get back to you with the necessary information and confirmation once the transfer is complete.
