A re-sync in AttendanceBot typically takes 5–10 minutes to complete.
What If an employee profile is still missing?
If a personnel profile is still not visible on the dashboard after the re-sync:
- It’s possible that the profile is inactive in Slack or Microsoft Teams. Here's a quick troubleshooting you can do: How do I find my missing employee profile on the dashboard?
- Inactive users in your Slack workspace or MS Teams channels are not added to AttendanceBot during sync
If you're still unable to find the profile, please reach out to our support team by emailing us at support@attendancebot.freshdesk.com or type "Dialm" as a direct message to the app and raise a ticket.
