Hybrid:



1. Work from office setup: You can set up parameters and rules for your employees in the hybrid setup:

  • Choose a WFO policy for your team.
    a. Universal settings: Default setting for all offices and departments unless you modify them.
    b. Office wise: allows you to set different WFO policies for each office.
    c. Department wise: allows you to set different WFO policies for each department.

  • Set a minimum number of days that any given employee needs to come to the office.

  • Set a limit to the number of people that can come to the office. If a person applies for work from office post the limit being exceeded, they will be warned accordingly. This applies to all offices, but individual offices can still have their own limits.

  • Set a time for reminding employees and notifying managers for your organization to ensure the hybrid machine runs without a hitch.


2. Office Limits: You can also specify capacity for individual offices, to have better control over how many people would be allowed in the office at a time. Your team can send ‘seats’ to lookup seat status of any office.



3. Custom Notifications: You can set up custom notifications/ reminders for your team. This could be asking them to select their working location daily or posting their tasks for the day.



4. Seats Calendar: This beautiful dashboard displays scheduled seats by your team against the total availability along with filters like offices and departments. The right hand side of the dashboard exclusively shows WFO booked by you and your teammates for the curent week.



Fully Remote:





You have no need to manage time in the office. Set custom reminders to engage and synchronize your remote team.
